This journey started with a simple need—finding a soap that would cater to my sensitive skin. Frustrated with store-bought options full of harsh ingredients, I researched and learned how to make my own. What began as a personal solution quickly became a passion. I fell in love with the process of creating soap, experimenting with different ingredients, and soon expanded into crafting lotion, body butters, scrubs, and other skincare essentials.

But FrēSoul Beauty didn’t truly take shape until I experienced one of the hardest moments of my life—losing my mom. In the midst of my grief, I turned to what I knew: creating. Making skincare became more than just a hobby or business; it became my way of healing, of working through my emotions, of finding peace in the small, intentional moments of self-care. That’s when I knew I had to give my brand a new name—one that reflected not only my love for skincare but also the deep connection between self-care and emotional well-being. FrēSoul Beauty was born as a tribute to her, to myself, and to everyone who needs a reminder to take time for themselves.
