Shipping Policy
Processing Time: We know you're excited to receive your FreSoul Beauty goodies! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you choose expedited shipping and place your order before 12 PM CST, we'll get it shipped out the same day. All orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can track your package within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Damages: We pack your orders with love and care, but if something arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items.
International Shipping: Currently, we’re shipping within the United States only. We're working on expanding our horizons to bring FreSoul Beauty to friends around the globe.
Return Policy
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@fresoulbeauty.comwithin 48 hours. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, ensuring you have a wonderful experience.
